STRATA SCHEMES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 28
Holding common property and dealing with lots and common property
(1) The owners corporation of a strata scheme holds the common property in the
scheme as agent for the owners as tenants in common in shares proportional to
the unit entitlement of the owners' lots.
(2) An owner's interest in the
common property cannot be severed from, or dealt with separately from, the
