STRATA SCHEMES DEVELOPMENT ACT 2015 - SECT 29
Requirement for folio if no common property
(1) If a strata plan that does not contain common property is registered, the
Registrar-General must create a folio and record in it in the way the
Registrar-General considers appropriate-- (a) a statement that the
strata scheme does not contain common property, and
(b) the name of the
owners corporation and the address for service of notices on it, and
(c) the
schedule of unit entitlement for the scheme, and
(d) particulars of the
by-laws specified in the strata plan for the scheme.
(2) During any period in
which a folio created under subsection (1) or section 24 (3) does not contain
common property, the Registrar-General must record in the folio-- (a) any
change in the address for service of notices on the owners corporation, notice
of which has been lodged under section 265 of the
Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 , and
(b) any change in the by-laws for
the strata scheme, notification of which has been lodged under section 141 of
the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 , and
(c) any other matter that, by or
under this Act or any other Act, the Registrar-General is required or
authorised to make in the folio.
