TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1988 - SECT 88X

88X Obligations and rights under the Rail Safety National Law (NSW) relating to members of staff

(1) A temporary member of staff of ARTC who performs rail safety work is taken to be an employee of ARTC, instead of the transferring rail authority, for the purposes of the Rail Safety National Law (NSW) and any instrument under that Law.

(2) In this section,
"rail safety work" has the same meaning as it has in the Rail Safety National Law (NSW) .
