Date of commencement (sec 15 and Sch 1 excepted), 3.7.1998, sec 2 and GG No 102 of 3.7.1998, p 5211; sec 15 and Sch 1 were not commenced and were repealed by the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2002 No 53. This Act has been amended as follows:
