ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS REGULATION 2020 - REG 93
Signature on electoral papers
(1) If a person is unable to sign the person's name in writing and makes the
person's mark as the person's signature on an electoral paper, the mark is
taken to be the person's personal signature, if it is identifiable as such,
and is made in the presence of a witness who signs the electoral paper as a
witness.
(2) In this clause,
"electoral paper" means an application to vote by post or declaration or a
disputed vote declaration but does not include a ballot-paper.
