FAIR TRADING REGULATION 2019 - REG 4
Information standard for fuel price signs at service stations
(1) For the purposes of section 47C of the Act, the requirements of this
Division are prescribed as an information standard for the supply of
prescribed fuel to consumers at a service station.
(2) In this Division--
"prescribed fuel" has the same meaning as in section 58 of the Act but does
not include electricity.
"service station" and
"standard retail price" have the same meanings as in section 58 of the Act.
