Savings and transitional--members of certain Councils
17 Savings and transitional--members of certain Councils
(1) A person who was a member of the Chiropractic Council, Optometry Council,
Osteopathy Council or Podiatry Council immediately before the commencement of
the amending Regulation is taken to have been appointed to the Council by the
Governor.
(2) In this clause--
"the amending Regulation" means the Health Practitioner Regulation (New South
Wales) Amendment (Membership of Councils) Regulation 2021 .
