Dual occupancies on battle-axe lots in Zone R2
4.2B Dual occupancies on battle-axe lots in Zone R2
(1) The objective of
this clause is to encourage the erection of dual occupancies on lots of an
appropriate type and amenity.
(2) Development consent must not be granted to
development for the purpose of a dual occupancy on land in Zone R2 Low Density
Residential on a lot that is a battle-axe lot.
