ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE REGISTRATION) REGULATION 2017 - REG 32

Return of number-plates

32 Return of number-plates

(cf 2007 reg cl 28A)

(1) Transport for NSW may, by notice in writing to a person who has possession of a number-plate issued by Transport for NSW, require the person to return the number-plate to Transport for NSW within the period specified in the notice.
(2) The person must comply with the notice.
: Maximum penalty--20 penalty units.
