WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2017 - REG 143A

143A Application for licence

(1) An application must--

(a) be in a form approved by the regulator, and

(b) include the names of 1 or more individuals nominated as named supervisors for the licence, and

(c) include or be accompanied by the information the regulator requires to assess the application.

(2) The application must be accompanied by the relevant fee.

(3) If the regulator considers it necessary to do so, the regulator may, by written notice, require the applicant to give additional information before making a decision about an application.
