143B Withdrawal of application

(1) An applicant is taken to have withdrawn an application if the applicant does not give the regulator the additional information required by the regulator under clause 143A(3) within--

(a) 28 days of the date of the regulator's notice, or

(b) a longer period notified to the applicant in writing.

(2) An applicant may, by written notice to the regulator, withdraw an application.
