(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that a lead process area at the workplace is kept clean.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--70 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--345 penalty units.
(2) The person must ensure that the methods used to clean a lead process area--(a) do not create a risk to the health of persons in the immediate vicinity of the area, and(b) do not have the potential to spread the contamination of lead.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--70 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--345 penalty units.
