(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a person does not eat, drink, chew gum, smoke or carry materials used for smoking in a lead process area at the workplace.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--70 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--345 penalty units.
(2) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must provide workers with an eating and drinking area that, so far as is reasonably practicable, cannot be contaminated with lead from a lead process.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--40 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--210 penalty units.
