(1) A person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must give the regulator written notice of any change in the information given in a notice under clause 403 before the change or as soon as practicable after the person becomes aware of the change.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--15 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--70 penalty units.
(2) The person must--(a) keep a copy of the notice given to the regulator while the lead risk work is carried out at the workplace, and(b) ensure that a copy of the notice is readily accessible to a worker who is likely to be exposed to lead, and the worker's health and safety representative.: Maximum penalty--(a) in the case of an individual--15 penalty units, or(b) in the case of a body corporate--70 penalty units.
