CONVEYANCING (SALE OF LAND) REGULATION 2010 - NOTES

- Made under the Conveyancing Act 1919 - As at 1 September 2017 - Reg 473 of 2010

Note to Part 3

Division 8 of Part 4 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 allows, with certain exceptions, a cooling off period in respect of contracts for the sale of residential property.

Repeal:

This Regulation was repealed by sec 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989 No 146 with effect from 1.9.2017.

Does not include amendments by:

Crown Land Legislation Amendment Act 2017 No 17 (not commenced)
