PORTS AND MARITIME ADMINISTRATION REGULATION 2012 - REG 20

20 Mandatory standards

(cf PMA Regulation 2007 cl 18G)
The Minister is authorised to set standards (referred to in this Part as
"mandatory standards" ) in connection with the provision of truck servicing by stevedores at Port Botany, including (without limitation) standards relating to any of the following--

(a) performance in the provision of truck servicing,

(b) access to truck servicing and facilities for the provision of truck servicing,

(c) co-ordination of truck servicing,

(d) such other matters as may be authorised or required by this Part.
