PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS (NOISE CONTROL) REGULATION 2008 - REG 41

41 String-trimmers

For the purposes of section 136 of the Act:

(a) string-trimmers are a prescribed class of articles, and

(b) 80 dB(A) is the prescribed level for string-trimmers.
