PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS (NOISE CONTROL) REGULATION 2008 - REG 42

42 Brush cutters

For the purposes of section 136 of the Act:

(a) brush cutters are a prescribed class of articles, and

(b) 85 dB(A) is the prescribed level for brush cutters.
