PASSENGER TRANSPORT (BUS SERVICES) REGULATION 2000 - REG 52

Change of address of operator or driver

52 Change of address of operator or driver

If:

(a) an operator of a bus service, or
(b) a driver of a bus,
changes his or her name or residential address, the operator or driver concerned must, within 7 days after the change, give written notice of the fact and of the new name or address to the Director-General.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
