This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A surveyor must endorse a survey certificate on or provide a survey certificate with each of the following plans provided by the surveyor:(a) a survey plan,(b) a compiled plan,(c) a plan relating to land that was partly surveyed and partly compiled.
(2) A survey certificate is to be in or to the effect of:(a) Form 1 in Schedule 6, for all plans other than those relating to surveys referred to in clause 9, or(b) Form 2 in Schedule 6, for plans relating to surveys referred to in clause 9.
(3) Subject to clause 38, a survey certificate must not be issued until all survey marks required to be placed in connection with the plan the subject of the certificate have been duly placed.
(4) A survey certificate may be incorporated in any other certificate that must be endorsed or provided pursuant to any other Act or law.
