STRATA SCHEMES (FREEHOLD DEVELOPMENT) REGULATION 1997 - NOTES

- Made under the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act 1973 - As at 19 August 2002 - Reg 277 of 1997

Note to Part 4A

If a plan is lodged by hand but the signatures and consents required are not endorsed on the plan, or a plan is lodged electronically, the signatures and consents required must be endorsed on the form approved by the Registrar-General for signatures (the "signatures form") and that form must be lodged in the same way as the plan. (See sections 16 (2A) and 27 (3A) of the Act.)
