Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A registrar of the Local Court may, on the application of the Commissioner or a party to an application to which an order under this Part relates, register the order as an order of the Local Court.
(2) An order that is registered under this section is taken to be an order of the Local Court and may be enforced accordingly.
