Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a retail tenancy order has been made and a court or the Commissioner is satisfied that an appeal against the order has been commenced, the court or the Commissioner may suspend the operation of the retail tenancy order until the determination of the appeal.
(2) If the Commissioner suspends the operation of a retail tenancy order, the Commissioner may terminate the suspension.
(3) If a court or the Commissioner suspends the operation of a retail tenancy order, the court may terminate the suspension.
