BUSINESS TENANCIES (FAIR DEALINGS) ACT 2003 - SECT 90

The following persons are entitled to attend a conference:

        (a)     the applicant;

        (b)     any other party to the application;

        (c)     a representative of a party to the application permitted by section 111 to attend;

        (d)     the Commissioner (if he or she is not the conciliator).
