CRIMINAL CODE ACT 1983 - SECT 4

    (1)     In this Act, "the Code" means the Code of criminal law contained in Schedule I.

    (2)     For the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1978 , the Code shall be construed as if it were a separate Act.
