Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to the publication in a newspaper of an advertisement if any payment, reward, compensation or promise is or is to be made for the publication.
(2) The proprietor of the newspaper must ensure the word "advertisement" is printed as a headline, in letters not smaller than 10 point, to the advertisement.
(3) In this section:
"advertisement" means:
(a) an article or paragraph containing electoral matter; or
(b) a report of a speech of a candidate in an election.
