Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Division does not affect the duty of an education body, under Part 2, Division 2A of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), to act in accordance with a disability standard made under section 31 of that Act.
(2) In subsection (1):
"education body" means an educational authority, or education provider, as defined by section 4(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).
