"nationally approved amendment "means an amendment of the Electronic Conveyancing National Law set out in the Appendix to the Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW ) that is of a kind that has been approved in accordance with the Intergovernmental Agreement.
