LAKE BENNETT (LAND TITLE) ACT 2005 - SECT 20

    (1)     On amendment of the Northern Territory Planning Scheme under section 19, each restrictive covenant is extinguished.

    (2)     The Registrar-General must register the extinguishment of the covenants.
