Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) On registration of the Lake Bennett units plan, the Planning Minister must issue a development permit for the development area in the terms stated in Schedule 6.
(2) The development permit is taken to have been issued under the Planning Act 1999 .
