Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person must not obstruct an external intervener exercising a power under this Act.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the person has a reasonable excuse.
(3) In this section:
"obstruct" includes hinder, delay and resist.
