MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 18

"Manufacture" includes the following:

        (a)     produce;

        (b)     make or prepare;

        (c)     mix, extract or refine;

        (d)     pack or repack for:

            (i)     sale by wholesale; or

            (ii)     use in connection with a business, industry, profession or trade.
