Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA "prescription", for a Scheduled substance, is a written instruction authorising the supply of the substance for:
(a) administering to a particular person; or
(b) administering to animals.

1 A prescription may be issued electronically in accordance with the Electronic Transactions (Northern Territory) Act 2000 .
