Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An authorised officer's powers in relation to a place under this Part include powers in relation to Aboriginal land even though the officer does not hold a permit to enter Aboriginal land under the Aboriginal Land Act 1978 .
