MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 212

In this Division:

"declared provision" means any of the following provisions:

        (a)     a provision of this Act mentioned in Schedule 1;

        (b)     a provision of the Regulations prescribed by regulation.

"representative", of a person, means an employee or agent of the person.
