Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) It is not a defence to a prosecution for an offence against a declared provision that the defendant was, at the time of the commission of the offence, another person's representative.
(2) However, it is a defence if the defendant proves the defendant was, at the time of the commission of the offence:
(a) another person's representative; and
(b) acting as the other person's representative under the direct or indirect supervision of the other person.
