Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhile an emergency authorisation is in force under section 251, a person who is authorised, or a member of a class of health practitioners that is authorised, under the authorisation may, in accordance with the authorisation:
(a) supply or administer the Schedule 3, 4 or 8 substances stated in the authorisation; and
(b) possess the substances for those purposes.
