Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) NTCAT has jurisdiction to review a decision of the Minister under section 19(1)(b) to refuse an application for an alteration to be made to the rate book.
(2) The applicant under section 16 or 17 may apply to NTCAT for review of the Minister's decision.
