NORTHERN TERRITORY RATES ACT 1971 - SECT 43

In this Division:

"rate "includes, if a rate payable under this Act is overdue:

        (a)     accrued interest on the rate; and

        (b)     costs reasonably incurred in recovering, or attempting to recover, the rate.
