Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA person on taking and subscribing the oath as provided in section 26, or on probation under section 16A, shall be bound by the terms and conditions of his employment as a member of the Police Force, as provided by this Act, until such time as he ceases to be a member of the Police Force.
