PASTORAL LAND ACT 1992 - SECT 124

    (1)     An amount due and payable under section 42, 59 or 76(5) is an overriding statutory charge, within the meaning of the Land Title Act 2000 , on the pastoral land to which it relates.

    (2)     In subsection (1) "amount" includes the interest, if any, accrued on the amount as prescribed.
