Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a controlled person if a control order that is in force in relation to the person prohibits him or her from applying for an authority to carry on a prescribed activity.
(2) The controlled person must not apply for an authority to carry on the prescribed activity.
