Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAny person who wantonly or maliciously breaks or injures any pane of glass, lamp, or lamp post, or extinguishes any lamp set up for public convenience, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 1,000 dollars, or imprisonment for 6 months, or both and in addition shall defray the necessary expense of repairing the damage done, to be estimated by the Court finding the person guilty.
