Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAny person who makes any cellar, or any opening, door, or window, in or beneath the surface of the footpath of any street or public place, shall be liable to a penalty of 200 dollars over and above the expense of remedying or removing such cellar, opening, door, or window, such expense to be assessed and allowed by the Court finding the person guilty.
