Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsUnless the contrary is proved, evidence that a traffic control device was erected, established, placed or displayed on, near or above a carriageway or an intersection or the surface of a public place is evidence that it was erected, established, placed or displayed by the competent authority in accordance with this Act.
