TOURISM NT ACT 2012 - SECT 10

Tourism NT may delegate any of its powers or functions under this or any other Act to:

        (a)     the chief executive officer; or

        (b)     an appointed commissioner; or

        (c)     a member of the staff of Tourism NT; or

        (d)     a public sector employee.
