Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Tourism NT is a commission consisting of the following commissioners:
(a) the chief executive officer;
(b) at least 6 other commissioners appointed in writing by the Minister.
(2) The Minister may appoint a person to be an appointed commissioner only if the Minister is satisfied that the person holds suitable qualifications, or has suitable knowledge or experience, relating to the functions of Tourism NT.
