Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Work Health Court under Part 6 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986 as in force immediately before the commencement of this section is continued.
(2) The Court is a court of record.
(3) The Court has a seal that must be applied electronically or manually to all process issued out of the Court.
