WORK HEALTH ADMINISTRATION ACT 2011 - SECT 13

The Court may be constituted by:

        (a)     a Judge sitting alone; or

        (b)     the registrar exercising a power under section 22(2) ; or

        (c)     a judicial registrar exercising powers under section 23(2).
