WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) ACT 2011 - SECT 189

    (1)     A person who is not an inspector must not, in any way, recklessly hold himself or herself out to be an inspector.

Maximum penalty:     $10 000.

    (2)     Section 12B does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
